A hypnobirthing one to one option that can be in person for those living in Chapelton or Newtonhill, or online via Zoom for anyone further afield (You can also find out in person group option here). Times are flexible and I can do most evenings or weekend, but do get in touch if you have specific dates in mind.

Learn and Adapt Tools for Birth
I’ll teach you tools you can use in labour as with all of my hypnobirthing courses.
But one to one we’ll also have time to adapt any tools and make sure they are a good fit for you and your partner.
Plenty of Time
We have plenty time in our session to go over anything you need to or for you to share anything that’s worrying you.
This means you’ll be really well prepared when it comes to giving birth.

Enjoy two personalised sessions, each lasting 2 hours and 30 minutes, conducted in the comfort of your home in Chapelton or Newtonhill, or via Zoom for other areas.

On Going Support
Receive ongoing support via phone or email throughout your pregnancy and for two months after, ensuring you feel confident and prepared.
